暮らし語 Kurashigo利用規約

1. 適用
本規約は、「暮らし語（Kurashigo）」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 利用料金
本アプリは無料で提供されます。
3. 辞書コンテンツに関する免責
- 本アプリの語義・用語解説は、一般に公開されている用語集等を参考に作成された学習・参考用の情報です。
- 各言語への翻訳は機械翻訳を含み、誤りや不自然な表現が含まれる場合があります。
- 本アプリの内容は、医療・法律・行政手続き等における専門的・公式な助言に代わるものではありません。重要な判断は必ず公式情報や専門家にご確認ください。
- 内容の正確性・完全性・最新性について、いかなる保証も行いません。
4. 禁止事項
本アプリのデータを無断で複製・抽出し、再配布または商用利用すること、その他法令に反する行為を禁止します。
5. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。
6. 規約の変更
本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
7. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。
